My MAM Club Terms & Conditions | My MAM Baby

1. Membership

a. My MAM Club is free of charge and open to all parents residing in Malaysia only.
b. All My MAM Club members enjoy a lifetime membership starting 1st June, 2021.
c. In order to become a member, you will need to sign-up via our website at https://www.mymambaby.com/my-mam-club/
d. By joining My MAM Club, you agree to our Privacy Policy here: https://www.mymambaby.com/privacy-policy/
e. MAM Baby Malaysia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the My MAM Club membership or the club in itself in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such members of the My MAM Club.

2. Club Benefits

a. As a My MAM Club member, you have access to the below benefits:

1) Welcome Gift

i.  Upon signing up as a member, you will receive a 10% voucher code valid for 1 month only.
ii. Unused voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise in kind.

2) VIP Privileges

i. Get previews to new products launches, and pre-order opportunities, special My MAM Club VIP sales, and many more.

3) Great Prizes

i. Win by participating in members-only contests

4) Points & Rewards

i. Refer table below for points collection:

Sign-Up 50 points
Purchase 1 point for every RM1 spent
Bonus points 2 points for every RM1 spent
Buy more than RM100 Extra 50 points
Follow on IG & FB 50 points
Review – text only 50 points
Review – text + Photo/Video 100 points
Social Media sharing 100 points
Refer a friend 100 points for every successful referral (ie. friend makes a purchase of RM50 & above)

ii. Points are automatically credited into your My MAM Club account upon the completion of a purchase, review or sharing on social media.
iii. You may check your account here: https://www.mymambaby.com/my-account/
iv. All points have a 1 year validity period, which will automatically expire upon the end of the aforementioned period.
v. Unused points will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise in kind.
vi. You can only submit a Product Review and/or Share on Social Media via the link on the official email that is sent from MAM Baby Malaysia to your registered email account.
vii. Any product review or sharing on social media that is not linked via the official email sent by MAM Baby Malaysia will not qualify for points collection.
viii. Points redemption can be made via cash rebate or merchandise redemption.
ix. For cash rebate, you may directly apply partial or all of your points upon checkout to offset the total amount of your purchase value.
x. Cash rebate is valid on your next purchase onwards.
xi. For merchandise claim, kindly email our customer service team at hello@mymambaby.com the merchandise code that you would like to redeem.
xii. Refer to merchandise catalogue in your My Account, which will be updated from time to time. Merchandises are subject to availability.
xiii. All claims will be processed within 14 working days and a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
xiv. Once merchandise is shipped out, your My MAM Club account will reflect your new points upon deduction of the redeemed point.
xv. Merchandise sent cannot be returned or exchanged.
xvi. For referral program, you will only qualify to get points for every successful referral. Successful referral is defined as the referee making a purchase valued at a minimum of RM50 within a 30 days validity period.

5) Free Delivery

i. All purchases that qualify for free delivery i.e. for orders above RM 60, MAM Baby Malaysia reserves the right to select the delivery partner.

6) Monthly newsletters

i. By signing up for My MAM Club, you agree to receive newsletters from MAM Baby Malaysia.
ii. Unsubscribing from the newsletter means you will be removed as a My MAM Club member too.

a. Please contact hello@mymambaby.com for any assistance required. Note that our customer service is only available on normal working hours from 9am to 6pm, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Terms and conditions can change at any time without prior notice to its members for which My MAM Baby or Nuline Products cannot be held liable.
